AB Ernst Hj. Rydahl Brake Band Factory was founded in 1916 by Ernst Hjalmar Rydahl. On January 1st, 2025, the company was divided into two separate entities. This business policy describes Rydahls Industry AB, which is today one of the Nordic region's leading wholesale and technology companies in the fields of friction materials and brake components.

Rydahls Industry AB strives to provide market-leading products and services. The company aims to achieve high customer satisfaction and strong goal fulfillment by systematically working with continuous improvements in its operations.

Our quality process is continuously improved. Planning for anticipated changes is one of our most important tools for maintaining and enhancing quality. The operations of Rydahls Industry AB have an impact on the external environment.

The company shall meet or exceed societal environmental requirements and comply with ISO 14001 standards. We work continuously to minimize negative environmental impact and protect the environment by striving to fulfill the following points:
